In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we explain how we process your personal data. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

- B-13983200

2. What data we process
This website has no user accounts. We process the data you voluntarily provide when you email us (name, email address, company, phone number and any information included in your message) and the data you enter to unlock the full Agent Readiness Checker report (email, name and company, together with the scanned domain and its score).
The domain you scan with that tool and its result are stored temporarily (24 hours) to avoid repeating the scan, and your IP address is used in pseudonymised form to limit the number of scans per hour.
For technical and security reasons, the server hosting the website may log connection data such as your IP address, the date and the page visited.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and, where appropriate, preparing a service proposal. Legal basis: your consent when contacting us and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the business relationship if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure through server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Sending you the Agent Readiness Checker report and contacting you about it. Legal basis: your consent when ticking the form checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not create profiles or make automated decisions using your data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or maintain the business relationship, and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial obligations). Server logs are kept for a limited time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers may access it solely to provide their services, as data processors and with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of:
- Access, rectification and erasure.
- Objection and restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To do so, email angel@naironsl.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
